    Proving it's never too late to learn something new, the Lunch and Learn Lecture series provides senior citizens the opportunity to learn about various topics that may concern them. Hosted at the Robinson Community Learning Center, speakers on topics ranging from hospital bills to Alzheimer's are brought in to present and teach.

    Cardinal Services is all about empowering people with disabilities or challenges and through its Redbird Art Studio ,they are doing this with art. This studio gives people with special needs the chance to express themselves with their artwork and even make money by selling their pieces. Some members of the Redbird Art Studios pieces have won awards and have made a huge impact on their community.

This week we spotlight four regional stories in education. We explore the value of teaching kindness and meet an author of a children's book about the gift of giving. The Wagon Wheel Conservatory is a place where students can learn about theater on stage and backstage. We speak to an expert about how to choose the right educational toy for a child. We watch architecture students at the University of Notre Dame participate in a hand drawing marathon and learn about the disappearing skill in the trade.
