    Everyone knows what it feels like to need a quick pick me up. Instead of reaching for a cup of coffee, pick up the phone and dial the Peptoc Hotline. The students of West Side Elementary School in Healdsburg, California along with their art teachers created a series of pep talks geared towards making callers feel better and ready to face whatever challenges comes their way.

    La Casa de Amistad in South Bend is doing its part to provide students with some of the extra help they may need.
