Blueberry Galette Ingedients
- 1 C. flour
- 1/4 C. cornmeal
- 1 T. sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 7 T. butter, cut into small pieces
- 1/3 C.cold water mixed with 3 T. yogurt
- 1- 1, 1/2 Cups fruit
- 2-3 T. cinnamon sugar
Mix all the dry ingredients together in a food processor or a bowl.
Add the butter and blend with pulses or a fork to break and combine into pea sized pieces.
Then add the yoghurt mixture just to combine.
Mix to combine and form a ball, then wrap in plastic wrap and let rest in refrigerator for at least 2 hours.
20 minutes before use. Get dough out to warm slightly. Then rollout to form a circle about 12" across.
Top with about 1 -1/ 1/2 cups fruit and cinnamon sugar.
Fold sides in to cover fruit leaving the center open,
Bake in 425 oven for 12-15 minutes till golden brown and fruit is bubbly.
