- Grape Tomatoes
- Fresh Mozzarella (the size of grape tomatoes - you may have to cut to fit)
- Pesto (either homemade or store bought)
- Olive oil
- Wheat Grass
Thread grape tomato, fresh mozzarella, grape tomato and place in bowl. Repeat as many as you have guests (1-2 per person). Drizzle mixture of olive oil and pesto over vegetables and cheese. At this point, you can refrigerate for a few hours before serving. (note: tomatoes do not like the refrigerator, so your best flavor profile will come with it at room temperature.) Stand filled skewers up in the wheat grass.
Arrange shot glasses around wheat grass and scatter red lentils (uncooked) around for color.
