- 1 bunch of Kale, curly or Tuscan - rinsed, destemmed, and torn in bite-sized pieces
- Kosher salt, creole, or blackened seasoning
- 2-3 Tbsp. olive oil
Heat the oven to 400 degrees. Pat dry the kale and toss with the olive oil and seasonings of choice. Spread onto one layer on a cookie sheet and bake for 10-15 minutes until the kale is firm but not burned stirring them every 5 minutes or so. Serve as a healthy munchie.
