By submitting this photo, I hereby grant to Michiana Public Broadcasting Corporation, WNIT Television, its Directors, Officers or Employees, all rights of every kind to use my likeness, voice, my photographs, videos and / or films in its television, print, video and computer works.
I agree that Michiana Public Broadcasting Corporation, WNIT Television, its Directors, Officers or Employees, have the right to use the submitted image, likeness, recording and material for use on all formats now known and yet to be discovered.
I agree to indemnify and hold Michiana Public Broadcasting Corporation, WNIT Television, its Directors, Officers or Employees, harmless against any liability associated with the distribution and/or transmission of this image, likeness, recording or material.
I fully understand that all above materials will be used for the " Celebrate the St. Joe" promotion and corresponding documentary on the St. Joseph River both on-air and online. The materials may be used in subsequent promotion or production, both on-air and online, in the future.
