Berrien Talent Collaborative

To address workforce needs in Berrien County, businesses, schools, and education organizations created the Berrien Talent Collaborative. The group helps create high school apprenticeships in a wide range of job sectors. These apprenticeships give students on-site training and experience while reducing barriers to workforce entry.
