The Center for Community Justice is trying to erase the words "at risk" and replace them with "at promise", in regards to teens who have made bad decisions when it comes to emotional expression. They want to shape these young people into adults who are responsible with their emotional expression so that they not only avoid making impulsive decisions that they may regret, but that they also transform their community through their positive actions.

He mastered multiple instruments, served as drum major for the Knox Redskin Brigade and reached the status of an award-winning composer teen, all by the age of 17. Unfortunately he was taken from us in the fall of 2011. However that hasn't stopped him from gifting us with the wonderful sounds of music. Drew's Gift of Music is an organization that provides instruments and training to rising musicians. This is a legacy that Drew started before his passing, because he wasn't just gifted, he was a gift giver.
