Education Counts Michiana - RedHawk Fire Academy

The RedHawk Fire Academy is a program designed to give high school students hands-on training for careers in fire service. Goshen Community Schools and the Goshen Fire Department created the academy to help students learn essential skills that meet national standards. Field lessons include real fire behavior training, forcible entry, ladder throwing, and chainsaw cutting.
