Education Counts looks at new business startups and innovation in the South Bend and Elkhart region and then visits RISE (Regional Innovation and Startup Education) to see how students are learning about the ins and outs of running a business. We look at how schools in Elkhart are integrating mobile technology into the classroom and at a Teacher Academy at Lewis Cass ISD to see how co-learning and universal design are impacting new and veteran teachers.
