For some students, going to school can be difficult. It's not because they don't know the material, it's because they don't understand what the teacher is saying. Many teachers go back to school to obtain their ENL or ESL certification, but at Holy Cross College all students on the path to becoming teachers are certified the day they graduate.

The University of Notre Dame School of Architecture hosted a live-drawing marathon. Architecture students spent two days hand drawing large murals of South Bend as it was in 1920. The not-for-profit Scenographia presented the event to celebrate the city and preserve the dying art of hand drawing in architecture. The public was invited to watch the creation of the murals over two days.
