Wine is not just crushed grapes, nor just an alcoholic beverage. Thats what professors at Lake Michigan College's school of Wine and Viticulture hope to instill in their students, as they learn the art of wine making. People may not realize it, but wine contributes to the Michiana area's economy, and communities. Student's are taught about that, and how our area's wine sets us apart from other wine capitals.
