Students learned about the history and future of HBCU schools. Fraternity and sorority members shared traditions and the rich experience of attending an HBCU.

3D Printing - Fab LabThe Fab Lab at Lake Michigan College is an open-access digital fabrication studio and collaborative workshop. Maker spaces like the Fab Lab offer students and the community opportunities to learn, create and innovate. A recent class learned how to make a 3d printer.

Elkhart Area Career CenterCareer and Technical Education programs - also called career centers provide students with hands-on learning in a variety of fields. The Elkhart Area Career Center serves juniors and seniors from 12 area schools. Students finish the curriculum with college credits, accreditation and real world experience.
