- Red Velvet Cake mix
- White Chocolate Instant Pudding Mix
- Peppermint Extract
- 1 and 1/2 cup milk
- Red Food Coloring
- Chopped Peppermints
- 1 16 ounce container of whipped topping Miniature Candy canes
Make red velvet cake mix as directed.
Cool and cut into small squares.
Mix Instant pudding mix and milk with 4 - 8 drops of peppermint extract, 4-6 drops of red food coloring( or until you get the your desired color)
together and let set up until firm.
Fold in whipped topping.
Use a clear bowl and begin layering in the following order:
Cake squares, pudding mixture, chopped peppermints and repeat as much as desired.
Finish with miniature candy canes atop.
