- 14 ounces of Bakers Coconut
- 14 ounces of Sweetened Condensed Milk
- 2 egg whites (whipped until soft peaks)
- 1 Tsp Vanilla
60% dark chocolate - melt in microwave 1 minute at a time- turn and stir - repeat until melted.
Mix Coconut, sweetened condensed milk and vanilla.
Fold in egg whites - gently.
Use ice cream scoop to place onto greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 325 degrees for approx 20-25 minutes or until tops are lightly.
Dip Cooled Coconut Macaroons into melted chocolate until bottom is covered.
