Bill Firstenberger will be stopping by to tell us about two upcoming events that Ruthmere in Elkhart will be hosting. On Saturday, September 7th, Ruthmere will be partnering up with The Lerner and the Young Professionals Network of Elkhart for Roaring! A 1920s Black Tie Affair. The 1974 version of “The Great Gatsby” will be shown followed by the Notre Dame vs. Michigan game on the Lerner’s 60 foot screen. The movie starts at 5:30pm with the game starting at 8 pm. Then on Sunday, September 8th, Ruthmere will be hosting a summer lawn party to celebrate the 40th anniversary of the museum. Tea will be served along with a round of croquet and the opening of the exhibit “Tea Anyone?” The anniversary celebration will last from 1-4 pm. For more information, visit: www.ruthmere.orgGuests

Myrtle Beach Film FestivalCharles Nelson More Information

The festival will take place at Wonderland Cinema located in Niles, Michigan. The film festival celebrates over 30 different features that were entered into the festival.
