	It has been estimated that nearly 40% of Elkhart County’s market sector is tied into the recreational vehicle industry. Nearly 80% of all R.V.’s manufactured are made in Elkhart County. Also, with 75% of the market for transit vehicles. there are approximately 70,000 to 80,000 workers directly tied into the R.V. industry in Elkhart County. Total number of units produced in 2012 was an astounding 290,000.
