Episode #1032 - Entrepreneurship
According to Forbes Magazine, 7 out of every 10 businesses that start up survive 2 years, half survive 5 years, one third at least 10 years and one quarter at least 15 years or more. Also referenced, is that only 39% of all small businesses will make money in the lifetime of their business, with 30% breaking even and another 30% will lose money over their existence. However, the number of U.S. patents filed has made a resurgence over the last 10 years with U.S. and China leading the world in number of patents filed, so Entrepreneurship is growing.
